Oxford fabric usually use on many kinds of bags. Even use more on promotional bags.
Many clients send us inquiry wrote the material in Oxford fabric. In fact, maybe many people don’t know Oxford is just a common name. Normally we use 190T, 210D,70D,420D,600D,900D,840D and 1680D etc… They all are Oxford fabric. For these kinds grain, they have nylon or polyester material. Polyester used on most of promotion bag. But when we make folding shopping bag, you’d better to use nylon, that is not easy to wrinkle and nicer. For so many kinds grain, normally, we use 70D,420D,600D,900D,840D and 1680D coating of PVC, TPU, TPE to do bags body material. Because after do PVC, TPU, TPE backing, the material will change thicker and sturdy. So, for lining, we usually use 190T, 210T coating with PA, PU, that is thin but also strong to protect the bag and make the bag nicer.
If need discuss the price for same grain, nylon is more expensive than polyester and TPU, TPE coating are more expensive than PVC. And also, coating thickness is also a important reason will influence on the price.
